Terms and Conditions for Services and Programs by The ELEVATE Institute, LLC

  • REVEAL Consultation and Medication:
    1. The ELEVATE Institute strongly advises participants in REVEAL programs not to discontinue any medication without consulting their prescribing physician.
    2. Eva Vennari, as a representative of ELEVATE Institute, is not a licensed physician. The information provided in REVEAL programs is for educational purposes and should not be considered medical advice.
  • REVEAL Mineral Balancing:
    1. Mineral balancing, as presented in REVEAL programs, is intended to support stress reduction and overall well-being.
    2. The information and practices shared are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Participants are encouraged to consult with their healthcare providers for personalized advice.
  • Refunds on Supplements:
    1. Refunds are not offered on EndoMet brand. Other brands purchased through The Elevate Institute have a 30-day window to return unopened bottles. Shipping and restocking fees may apply based on manufacturer.
    2. Clients may not return EndoMet supplements as the manufacturer does not accept returns.
  • No Refunds on Services, Retreats, or Special Orders:
    1. No refunds are available after 30 days of receipt of payment. Other considerations –
      1. 1 RETREATS: Refund schedule is outlined per retreat as outlined in your contract.
      2. 2 SPECIAL ORDERS: No refunds for special orders including made to order near-infrared sauna panels.
      3. 3 REVEAL: Programs purchased can be refunded prior to hair sample being submitted or within 30 days of payment.
  • Credits and Partial Credits:
    1. Credits or partial credits for other products and services may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
    2. Participants can inquire about credit options by contacting info@selfnc.com.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    1. Participants must adhere to the specified cancellation policies for services, retreats, and special orders.
    2. Failure to cancel within the designated timeframe may result in the forfeiture of payment.
  • Communication:
    1. All communication, including inquiries, cancellations, and refund requests, should be directed to info@selfnc.com.
  • Changes to Terms and Conditions:
    1. The ELEVATE Institute, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    2. Participants are encouraged to review the terms and conditions regularly for any changes.
    3. By participating in REVEAL programs, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for TEI-Time Tarot Readings

Effective Date: 1/1/2024

  • Appointment Reservation:
    1. Clients may reserve time for TEI-Time Tarot readings through the designated booking system.
    2. All appointments are subject to availability and are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    1. Clients may cancel their appointments without any charge if done cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
    2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will be equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled reading.
  • Refund Policy:
    1. Payments made for TEI-Time Tarot readings are refundable if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
    2. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
  • Cancellation by TEI-Time:
    1. TEI-Time reserves the right to cancel any appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
    2. In the event of cancellation by TEI-Time, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • Late Payments:
    1. Clients are required to make the payment for the TEI-Time Tarot reading at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
    2. Appointments with pending payments within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be automatically canceled.
  • Rescheduling:
    1. Clients may request to reschedule their appointments at least 48 hours before the original scheduled time. New times are subject to availability.
    2. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be treated as cancellations.
  • No-Show Policy:
    1. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.”
    2. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, and future appointments may require upfront payment.
  • Communication:
    1. All communication regarding cancellations, rescheduling, or other inquiries should be directed to [insert contact information].
