7 clear signs you’re ignoring the chronic fatigue that leaves you hoping the next cup of coffee will give you more energy than the last.
I find myself working with a lot of busy, professional women. No matter if they’re working at a corporation or from out of the house building their empire as an entrepreneur they’re all talking about one thing: fatigue. With the demands of the everyday to-do list falling squarely on these lovely shoulders, they find themselves on their last leg of energy. They’re not just tired, but “exhausted.” This is the word I hear the most. They’re burned out and chronically fatigued from trying to do it all.
Nutrition and energy
From a nutritional standpoint, chronic fatigue means you are burning up all your minerals too fast. Or the body is getting too little – either way the body doesn’t get what it needs to function and support your lifestyle. Let this go on too long, and burn out won’t be just a word. It’ll cascade into some other more serious issue like heart disease, diabetes, fibromyalgia, IBS, arthritis, and the list goes on.
If you take on a new understanding that minerals are the basis of life, you may also come to find that when those minerals are out of balance, so is everything else. First indicators of being out of balance? Fatigue, unreasonable exhaustion. If you feel like you could sleep for a week and still not wake refreshed, something is off. Have a plan? Maybe you normally keep yourself on the move. You have found that resting at all makes you feel tired. This is a clear sign something’s wrong. Both scenarios mean the same thing: minerals out of balance in the body.
When we ask our trusted advisors and doctors about something that worries us and don’t get the proper support to correct it, we think it’s ok to just ignore it and sideline the problem too.
Diagnosis
It took doctors 10 years to diagnose me with Chronic Fatigue because they simply didn’t take being tired seriously. They didn’t consider what the compound effects would be in my system to always be tired, feeling tired, and not able to rejuvenate. When we ask our trusted advisors and doctors about something that worries us and don’t get the proper support to correct it. We think it’s ok to just ignore it and sideline the problem too. Maybe you drink more coffee or take some other stimulant to give you energy. And then when you want to relax it’s time to settle down for the night with a glass of wine or two. It might work in the short-term, but it’s a band-aid. It’s a never-ending cycle.
Things to look for to know if fatigue has you by the throat:
- exhaustion,
- depression,
- allergies,
- constipation,
- high or low blood pressure,
- food cravings,
- being too warm or too cold in the extremities,
- showing signs of premature aging… what do you see in the mirror? Do you look old for your age? Know that you don’t have to look or feel old.
Nutritional Balancing is the science of youthing.
Youthing
Nutritional Balancing is the science of youthing. It’s a term I use to express how the body can regulate its hormones and pH balance. By using specific minerals, dietary and lifestyle changes based on the data found in your hair. Over time, while on a nutritional balancing program, your body can become more reliable in converting the minerals in your food to usable energy. This is a predictable and scientific approach to correcting fatigue and giving you a boost no coffee can ever replace.
